JOLLY
& the brands behind the videos.

JOLLY’s videos often revolve around trying food together, so a sponsor can become part of the activity rather than a detached mid-roll. In the coffee episode, AeroPress is discussed while hosts compare beans; in the Amish-country food trip, Squarespace appears through a playful intro and a website explanation. The examples show two ways the channel’s chemistry can support a product: hands-on use or a tonal sketch.

JOLLY makes food and coffee sponsor reads part of a shared tasting

The brands, creative choices and product connections worth paying attention to.

AeroPress is used in the coffee comparison

In “Coffee with every type of bean,” the hosts set a coffee baseline and describe using AeroPress for the experiment. One host says he has used it since university and values the quick brewing process; the group then continues comparing beans. At the end of the tasting, the creators thank AeroPress for enabling the experiment and talk about taking the brewer on holiday. The product is present in the video’s central activity, not just named between segments.

That makes a useful reference for food and drink partnerships: let the audience see how the product fits into an experiment and hear the hosts react to it. The ad can remain conversational, with the creators’ actual preferences doing the work.

Squarespace uses the hosts’ banter

In the Amish-country food video, the episode opens on the trip and a Squarespace sponsor message appears within the hosts’ comic exchange. One host describes building a site and names templates, customization and online-store tools; the other jokes about the food and the ongoing horse-buggy outing. The playful interruption carries the channel’s two-person dynamic into the ad, then the travel experience resumes.

This is different from the AeroPress tasting. Software is explained through a feature list made lighter by the hosts’ back-and-forth, whereas the brewer is part of the activity itself. A pitch should choose the treatment that suits what the creator can show.

Use the duo’s chemistry with a clear product role

Both examples depend on the hosts reacting naturally to one another. The sponsor should have a specific role: take part in the experiment, or give the hosts a simple product point they can discuss. The episode’s food or travel premise remains central, while the ad borrows the same conversational rhythm.
